Last month I posted that Maxim Consulting had peer group openings still available for our members. I'm pleased to say that it looks like quite a few companies found a group as a result, but they do still have some available. As a reminder Maxim Consulting Group has helped NECA contractors through consulting, training, and Peer Groups for nearly 20 years. Maxim Peer Groups connect non-competing contractors nationwide to share best practices, benchmark performance, and solve real-world operational challenges with guidance from experienced Maxim facilitators.
Maxim currently operates nearly 40 Peer Groups and is actively recruiting qualified electrical and low-voltage contractors to fill several openings in their 2026 groups. Here is what is currently available at this time:
- 10- $20M Electrical - 2 openings
- $25-$50M Electrical - 5 openings
- $50-$100M Electrical - 3 openings
- They also have interest in a new $10M-$25M group with 3 interested members who will launch as soon as they have 5-8 committed members.
