Hello everyone,
My name is Tony Burrow, and I'm writing on behalf of a three-year-old NECA peer group made up of seven small- to medium-sized electrical and telecom contractors who are committed to learning, improving, and growing together.
We are looking to welcome one or two growth-minded members from across the country who want to be part of a group that discusses the challenges and opportunities shaping electrical contracting today. We value practical conversation around business growth, leadership, field productivity, workforce & business development, safety, technology, and operational excellence.
Our group meets in person twice a year for two-day sessions coordinated through our peer group facilitator. These meetings are designed to be productive, candid, and beneficial, giving us the opportunity to share ideas, compare experiences, and gain insights that help strengthen and grow our businesses.
Joining a peer group has been one of the best decisions I have made for our company. I have learned a great deal about organizational growth and practical new ideas, and it has also been rewarding to contribute to others in the group along the way. This is a strong fit for contractors who want more than networking and are looking for real peer engagement with others who understand the industry.
