    Reporting. How easy it is to build and manipulate dashboards / reporting. Each LMS prioritizes how they think about data differently. Some think from the POV of an L&D team, so they create reporting based on an enterprise level view of data. Some think from the POV of a manager wanting to know their teams training stats. So understanding reporting and how they think about it, then how easy it is to manipulate or build your own dashboards and reports is key.
