If you serve in a Training, Education, or People Development role for a NECA contractor or chapter, being a part of NECA's new Training Professionals Community has been created for you. Our overarching goal for the Training Professionals Community is to foster connections and relationships that support peer networking, best-practice sharing, collaboration, and feedback.
Our goal for this NECA NETWORK message board is to crowdsource questions and answers, gather feedback, facilitate communication, and serve as one of the many catalysts supporting our aforementioned overarching goal.
IN-PERSON LAUNCH EVENT: We are planning an in-person launch event for the Training Professionals Community in Atlanta, GA, on April 13 at NECA EMERGE 2026. This launch event will be held as a pre-conference session, and we hope you will also stay to attend the full conference. We will be sharing more details about our plans and, most importantly, bringing you together in the same room with your fellow Training Professional peers. We hope to see you there!
