As a trade association professional in the Utility Power Construction industry I manage various degrees of service offered to our members. My day to day includes being a problem solver, solution contributor and social entertainer. My goal is to continue to be a asset to my member contractors in order for their companies to be as successful as possible. A majority of my time is spent on labor relations, working with 14 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) local unions while representing management interests. Mainly, I focus on labor relations through contract negotiations and the handling of any grievances that may arise. Membership Development is another important focal point which is executed through providing various training, government affairs, marketing, public relations and networking opportunities.
